Hill Auditorium

This auditorium is the largest performance space on the Universities' campus and was named after Arthur Hill. It is well known for its amazing acoustics. It opened in 1913, and from then has shown a variety of musical and artistic shows. Hill Auditorium is a popular location for large campus productions. Many performances by the colleges School of Music, Theatre, and Dance are held here.
The State Theatre
233 S State St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104
While not directly on campus, the State Theatre is a walkable distance away. It was originally designed by architect C. Howard Crane in the Art Deco style in 1942. From then, it has gone through numerous renovations and upkeeping to become the theatre it is today. This theatre houses 4 screens and many people come here to watch their favorite films. Its iconic marquee, which is the red, yellow, and green sign hanging from the outside, has become a symbol of Ann Arbor.
Pinball Pete's
1214 S University Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104
This arcade is a very small distance away from the Universities’ campus; It is located in South University Galleria Shopping Center. Pinball Pete’s opened, roughly, 40 years ago and is a crowd favorite location to visit in Ann Arbor. Tim Arnold originally opened his arcade in East Lansing in 1976. The name “Pete” was the name given to the pink elephant, which has become the mascot for this establishment. This location is a great place for family fun and houses many classic games and pinball machines.
