The University of Michigan is a public university in the United States and can be found at the heart of Ann Arbor, Michigan. U-M is also the oldest university in Michigan, founded in 1817. Furthermore, it was named the number one U.S. Public University by OS World University Rankings in 2019-2020. U-M is also well renowed for its intuitive research facilities and for having the number one hospital in Michigan.
